It would be nice to slow things down, but between work and my girls I don't get much free time. Even on vacation usually busy doing things instead of relaxing. When I try to relax, I get yelled at for not helping.

Ivo, first of all, please allow me to thank you for taking the time to read this post! I greatly appreciate it.

Second of all, I understand the feeling of not getting much free time. I've had times where I'm constantly going, going, going, with no chance to slow down. Slowing down has looked different in these times. Is there a chance that you could schedule in a slower time? Maybe you could take the girls to the park or walk with them for a moment? It doesn't have to be long, just a slower moment of time. I'm hoping that you can get that!

You're welcome. Life has been hectic since the birth of our first girl and now my youngest is three, and our other girls are five and seven. My wife and I don't get much help but we try to give each time. I usually take a nap after work. Sometimes, I try and give her time from a nap or time to work on her art projects. We are both really busy most of the time. It is nice taking the girls for a walk in the park. Thank you. We try to slow things down near bedtime, too.

That’s fantastic. I hope that you’ll have opportunities to make memories as a family, but to have the ability to enjoy them in the moment. Those girls will appreciate the hard work that you do for them, if not now, then definitely in the future!
